Lonnie’s journey from his gospel roots to the Grammys has been action packed. He appears as vocalist, instrumentalist, and on the production side of many albums in many genre. He is best known as a vocalist, keyboardist, and songwriter, but has appeared as engineer, producer, and playing a wide variety of instruments.
With many national tours under his belt, and consistently playing live over two hundred times each year, Lonnie is a solid performer both live and in the studio. With both signed and independent acts, Lonnie has been in demand for his wide range of talents. In addition to being front man for the band Ten Man Push (The Official Band of American Motocross), Lonnie is consistently taking on projects of interest.
One such project received a 2013 Grammy Nomination for “Best Pop Instrumental Album of the Year”. On this album, Arun Shenoy’s “Rumbadoodle”, Lonnie was a composer and played piano and keyboards.
